  KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Program Security Officer to join our Enterprise Security Services organization. This role is a hybrid work opportunity in the Tysons Office.

  Responsibilities:

  Initiate, process, and maintain clearances through NBIS/DISS, Scattered Castles and other special access programs

  Provide proposal support, as needed to include writing and editing Security Volumes and security requirements for Intelligence agency proposal responses

  Manage physical security to include safeguarding of classified material, closed and restricted areas and classified meetings in Northern Virginia, including responding to possible infrequent after-hours alarms at the McLean office

  Ensure KPMG's compliance with United States government security policies and procedures and effectively apply the 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)

  Apply, determine and monitor appropriate security requirements for assigned programs

  Maintain combinations, badging, and access records for security containers and spaces in the McLean office and correspond and deploy standard operating procedures; provide security awareness training, briefings and debriefings

  Qualifications:

  Minimum three years of recent program and facility security experience including clearance processing and SCI access management, classified document control and physical security for restricted areas and SCIFs

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  Active Top-Secret Clearance with CI Polygraph and extensive understanding of Intelligence Community security programs and processes

  Knowledge of the various security disciplines to include physical security, personnel security and industrial security with preferred experience with managing the build-out of SCIFs

  Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; strategic thinker and problem solver; able to travel to local client sites in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

  US Citizenship required
