　　GENERAL PURPOSE

　　Responsible for the Analysis and Design of IT Processes and Solutions. Provides continual support to functional areas for both legacy and newly created systems.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

　　*Applies advanced problem-solving skills in partnering with functional areas to design solutions to various Order Management related systems.*Acts as liaison between key business areas and IT development teams.*Visually document business processes in the context of application design.*Produce clear concise requirements for development teams to groom and act upon in development cycles*Participate in Agile ceremonies for development teams.*Limited training of select end user groups on applications and systems

　　Additional Essential Functions

　　*Applies knowledge and expertise on order management/ERP systems to complex business scenarios.*Collaborates with both business and technical associates, acting as liaison.*Understanding of core business practices and how ERP solutions can support them.*Utilize agile methodology to achieve project success.*Understand both out of the box and custom solutions to solve problems.

　　Education/Experience

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant academic discipline preferred.6 years of professional IT experience.0-2 years of prior participation on project teams, as an analyst.

　　Skills and Abilities

　　Expert knowledge of how current trends and technology may be used to support business partners.Proficient understanding of and ability to identify how technology solves business problems.Core understanding of and ability to connect the needs of multiple Herman Miller functional areas.Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

　　Additional Skills and Abilities

　　*5-7 years' experience in ERP / Order Management applications.*Participation in a cross-functional implementation team which completed a long-term project.*Experience with utilizing agile methodology to achieve project success.*Experience with ERP and business transformation projects, with Infor LN preferred.
