The Building People are seeking a qualified Sr. TRIRIGA Application Developer to:
Provide configuration and custom development support
Be the key resource in developing integration Web Services code that allows interface with external systems.
The Senior Application Developer must be experienced with UI/UX Prototyping, Visual Design, Interaction, and Handoff tools and technologies.
Lead projects in the software development lifecycle, including performance analysis, design, development, and testing
Share best practices within and across development team members
Engage in and lead in application performance tuning
Engage in application architecture and design decisions
Discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government officials.
Required Experience:
A senior technology expert with a minimum of 10+ years of specific IT experience as a developer on large and complex business systems
5+ years of experience managing development associated with very large, complex government databases which contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and or Security Sensitive Information (SSI)
5+ years of experience using key technologies, such as Oracle database, Java/J2E, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, extract, transform, and load (ETL), etc. to address business system requirements
Actual performance experience on 1 or 2 similar efforts within the last three (3) years or still in progress expertise in supporting real property application systems. This support would include experience supporting real property asset processes.
Hands on experience with relational database management system design and development
Skilled in workplace management, facilities assessment and management, lease administration, project management, and/or other real property management
Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance
Required Education:
Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems or Computer Science

Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes. Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data.
Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity.
