The Sr. Analyst, Signage Program is responsible for the output of all assigned signage programs, under the guidance of the Manager, Tab Program. This role is a combination of project manager, business strategy consultant and creative execution agency consultant, to help ensure strategic intent is creatively delivered, and validated, at various proofing stages. Most signage events are low in complexity, but some are high profile which require this role to partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders. In partnership, the Sr. Analyst will be required to demonstrate a high integrity of collaboration, ownership of decisions, and accountability driving. In addition, the Sr. Analyst is responsible for identifying process opportunities and, with support from Manager, Tab Program, alters schedules and activities to ensure timely delivery of files to market. The Sr Analyst will be responsible for engaging teammates throughout the process to ensure submissions are consistent with intent, and at gated intervals.
What you will do
Directs print vendors on the creation, maintenance, execution, and communication of prices for advertised collateral through all stages of the print and signage processes.
Manages yearly marketing signage budget of 22M. Verifies budgets are not exceeded and that spending is accurate by interpreting financial variances and monitoring project spending commitments.
Manages the overall program strategy for promotional and marketing temporary signage for PRO & DIY across all stores. Tactfully drives vendors and internal retail marketing teams to deliver.
Delivers all collateral materials needed to support stores in their sales efforts.
Reviews accuracy of the promotional signage processes utilizing information from Lago, Excel, and access database tables.
Ensures signage program processes are driving the most savings to Lowe’s while verifying stores have what they need to drive their business and be ready for ad-set.
Implements and executes measurable and sustainable process improvements that drive inventory reductions and workflow productivity.
Problem solves to determine if a reprint/reship is required dependent on signage contents and ad set timing.
Analyzes scope of signage per store for each event by understanding merchandising categories that are indexing during a time period.
Forecasts t-shirt size signage kit dependent on event, size of store and inventory. Provides recommendations for cost and delivery efficiencies.
Communicates to Management on status, risks and recommended process improvements.
Works autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions.
Manages promo and tier one signage approval review process with vendors, retail marketing and merchandising ensuring adherence to deadlines, accuracy and on brand approved creative.
Identifies and mitigates risks before they become roadblocks.
Manages full life cycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
Leads efforts in communication with marketing leads, store comms, store ops and MST on delivery and tracking of all weekly and tier 1 promo kits.
Liaises with FedEx identifying shipping challenges and resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Relevant Field: Business, Creative Design, Marketing, other and 5-7 Years Creative and/or Marketing experience in a retail environment
3-5 Years Print Production or Ad Signage experience in a retail environment
