Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to be an HRIS/TA Technology resource between Human Resources, IT, and other areas within our business. This includes translating Talent Acquisition and core business requirements and functional specifications into configuration within the TA Technology/HR Systems supported including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, AI Recruiting Technologies, Onboarding, etc. This role facilitates the implementation and maintenance of complex HR and TA technology platforms to ensure successful deployment and to identify process improvement opportunities in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize competency and experience with Workday’s business process framework to provide recommended solutions for the business and evaluate existing challenges the tool may present
• Understand Workday’s security model to design solutions around creating, updating, and maintaining security roles for the Workday Recruiting module
• Partner with the business on the best long-term solutions for Workday Recruit business process and job application steps, including data opportunities throughout
• Participate in end-to-end positive and negative unit testing, while building a library of leverageable test scenarios and scripts
• Ensure scalable solutions are implemented that will provide improved analytics available for consumption across lines of business
• Conducts the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise data solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications
• Coordinates, executes, and participates in component integration (CIT) scenarios, systems integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify application errors and to ensure quality software deployment
• Guides development teams in the design and build of complex ATS/Workday Recruit solutions and ensures that teams are in alignment with the architecture blueprint, standards, target state architecture, and strategies
• Maintains a deep understanding of HR industry trends, best practices, and latest technologies to include Workday Community, implementing them into daily operations
• Automates and simplifies team development, test, and operations processes; develops detailed architecture plans for large scale enterprise architecture projects and drives the plans to fruition
• Provides mentoring and guidance to more junior level HRIS team members; may provide feedback and direction on specific HRIS tasks
• Monitors compliance across all HR systems and programs as prescribed by Lowe’s business needs and internal partners
• Observes ATS system performance and make changes and recommendations to ensure optimal performance
• Drives the adoption of the Workday Recruit module, supported by researching innovative technical trends and developments
• Research, design and schedule standardized reports, or creates ad hoc reports or data queries utilizing appropriate tools and systems
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years’ experience supporting a Human Capital Management Systems and/or Applicant Tracking System (Kenexa BrassRing, Workday, Workday Recruit, iCims, PeopleSoft, etc)
• Experience maintaining reports in HCM and/or ATS systems (Crystal Report, Workday Report Write/Advanced Reporting/Calculated Fields, etc)
• 2 years’ Project Management experience with the ability to apply fundamental project management methodologies
• 5 years’ experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Adobe
Acrobat
• Experience leading system implementation, upgrades, enhancements etc.
• Proven ability to successfully deliver technical and functional solutions to business problems
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of SDLC methodology and experience
• Strong conflict management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate IT concepts and terminology to the business and Talent Acquisition partners
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proven facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications:
• 5 years’ experience supporting a Human Capital Management System such as PeopleSoft, SumTotal (Docent), etc.
• Workday Pro certification for HCM and Touchpoints. Trained in Advanced Security, Advanced Reporting and Analytics, and Advanced Composite Reporting
• Experience in implementation of the Workday Recruiting for a large scale, global organization

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $72,800.00 - $141,500.00 annually
