  Position SummaryThe Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, will be a part of the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness segment supporting specialty & mail pharmacy operations. This role allows you to gain valuable financial planning & analysis experience within the Pharmacy and Healthcare space at an industry-leading company.

  Primary responsibilities will include:

  Support of specified business unit annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting of operating expense (ex. Revenue Cycle, Digital Strategy, & Prescriber Innovations)

  Monthly close responsibilities including results reporting, expense analysis, variance analysis and correcting discrepancies through journal entry creation

  Assisting with consolidation of financial materials as part of upstream reporting for Specialty & Mail business units for month end, budgeting and forecasting materials.

  Work to improve efficiency and accuracy of data collection in current drug/therapy analytic reporting as well as developed reporting reflecting critical insights into business trends as tools for operations leadership

  Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support broader finance group as needed.

  Required Qualifications

  3+ years of relevant finance experience

  3+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with large data sets using functions such as pivot tables, vlookup, sumproduct, filters etc.

  1+ years experience with expense planning and analysis experience

  Preferred Qualifications

  Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of SAP, Analysis for Office

  Knowledge of Tableau

  Experience at a large, public company

  Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines

  Quick learner with time management and problem-solving skills

  Ability to be flexible, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize accordingly and meet deadlines

  Education

  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldBusiness Overview

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $43,700.00 - $102,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
