Description

　　This role is for someone who excels at explaining intricate technical information to the non-technical user. This Desktop Support Analyst position, which is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity, is located in Livermore, California.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Deliver computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

　　Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

　　Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

　　Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions

　　Arrange hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

　　Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

　　Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

　　Requirements - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

　　Foundational knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows

　　Printer Hardware experience required

　　Proficiency in Printer Problems
