Together, we won't stop!As a Senior Analyst within the Credit Risk Management team, you will berequired to wear multiple hats. You must have a strong blend of analyticalskills, project management, presentation skills, and ability to developstrong and effective working relationships.You will work independently and/or in as part of a team of analysts toidentify new credit segmentation opportunities using statistical methodsleading to enhancements to our credit decision process and policies,collections strategies, and fraud strategies. You will partnering withinmembers of the Credit Risk Management team and other functional teams inT-Mobile for the deployment, analysis and tracking of new credit strategiesto manage risk.You will manipulate large amounts of data, extract key insights from thedata, and then clearly and concisely communicate actionable recommendationsbased upon your insights. In many cases, you will participate in projects atvarious stages from idea or hypothesis generation to development and/orimplementation. You will be expected to contribute as credit data expert,analytic methodology specialist and primary statistics analyst.ResponsibilitiesApply statistical segmentation techniques to identify new opportunitiesPerforming complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of credit polices toensure financial goals are being attainedDeveloping predictive financial and analytical models using the appropriatestatistical methodologies, including trend and regression analysisParticipate and perform the analysis of new data and statistical products byexternal vendorsPerforming loss forecasting analysisExtracting, processing and transforming data from multiple disparatesources; analyzing credit bureau data and alternative credit dataDeliver work output with full awareness and adherence to project timelines oragreed upon deadlinesQualifications - Minimum Required5+ years of quantitative analytic modeling experience or comparable processmanagement experienceBA/BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering,Statistics or related degree requiredIntermediate or higher proficiency in SAS or other statistical/analyticalprogramming languagesSuperior computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint requiredSuperior communication (spoken and written), organization andpresentation skillsSuperior time management skills and awareness of project management methodsEducation - Minimum RequiredBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, IndustrialEngineering, Statistics or related degreeQualifications - DesiredGraduate degree in a quantitative discipline a plusBasic proficiency in SQL, C++, Python, R or other statisticalsoftware packages a plusPrior consumer risk management experience a plusWireless / Telecom experience a plusAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDColorado Pay Range : $102,500.00 - $138,600.00The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidatein the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based onvarious factors, such as work location, qualifications, andexperience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. AtT-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for anannual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. MostCorporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of theemployee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions inCustomer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/orteam performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible formonthly or quarterly sales incentives.
