About IT Intern

　　*Location:        *Based in Pittsburgh, PA  

　　As an IT Intern you will assist in the IT Department.  This is an unpaid internship, but can be completed for college credit.   

　　Essential Functions:

　　Perform basic problem solving and assist with various software applications and hardware systems.Assist with the implementation of technology projects like cellular and laptop deployments.Assist with the maintenance of inventory and helpdesk systems.Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and related equipment and devices.Requirements:  

　　Must live in or around the Pittsburgh area and have reliable transportation; this internship is based out of our Pittsburgh office;Flexible days and hours based on your schedule;Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications;Superior problem solving capabilities;Excellent customer service;Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet established deadlines;Self-motivated and willing to learn, as well as always find the solution;
