Job Description

Position Summary:

所属組織GM，本部長のExecutive Assistantとして，事業全般のサポートを行いビジネスに貢献する。同時に，組織にかかわるインターナルコミュニケーション全般を担当し，事業部全体の円滑なコミュニケーションに寄与する。

Job Responsibilities:

SDG統括兼IDD事業部長アシスタント，サポート業務

SDG Japan Leadership team アシスタント，サポート業務（8名）

SDG Japan全組織のアシスタント，サポート業務

SDG/TFDのインターナルコミュニケーションの統括・実施責任者

Minimum Qualifications:

＜経験・スキル＞

事業会社での実務経験

英語力（読解・会話：TOEIC 600点程度）

PCスキル（パワーポイント、エクセル、ワード、Outlook）

＜人物面＞

社内ステークホルダーとの良好な関係を構築できること

プロアクティブに部門を超えたサポート業務を執り行う姿勢

Preferred Qualifications:

医薬品・医療機器業界における実務経験

事業会社における秘書業務の実務経験

マトリックスベースのグローバル組織での実務経験
