Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Administrative Assistant in Newport Beach, California. This role falls within the telecom industry, and it involves assisting managers with industrial property portfolios, communicating with vendors and clients, and processing invoices through various programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist managers with various industrial property portfolios

• Maintain effective communication with vendors and clients

• Create Request for Proposals for vendor bids

• Update and amend contracts as necessary

• Process invoices through various programs such as P2P, Yardi, and Nexus

• Utilize skills in Concur, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, About Time, Calendar Management, Correspondence, C-Suite, and Documentation

• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

• Manage documentation and paperwork accurately and efficiently

• Provide support to the team with any additional administrative tasks as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Experience with Concur expense management software.

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software.

• Ability to manage and organize calendars effectively.

• Excellent written communication skills for managing correspondence.

• Experience working with C-Suite level executives.

• Strong ability to produce and maintain high-quality documentation.
