Job Description

　　BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Azure and Multi-cloud Directory Services Engineer to support our customer in the northern Virginia area. This position will provide support for the client's employees and customers, and will be part of an existing team who provides technical assistance for our re-hosting and ongoing O&M support for the customer s enterprise systems. Work will be performed in a multi-cloud environment. The Candidate must possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide planning, design, implementation, integration, and operational support for Microsoft Active Directory & Azure AD/Entra ID in a hybrid and multi-cloud environment.

　　Handle the configuration, management, of all the core Identity & access management (IAM) services and tools to manage and support the enterprise environment.

　　Lead the analysis, deployments and support for all IAM integration needs including Multi Factor Authentication & Single Sign On solutions.

　　Manage all the IAM monitoring and proactively identify and remediate all the security risks and vulnerabilities to the Directory Services environment.

　　Serve as a technical escalation engineer for all hybrid/multi-cloud identity and directory service technologies related issues and needs.

　　Be able to thoroughly research and come up with the required IAM solutions and development of automation processes for the business needs.

　　Be able to handle root cause analysis and problem management effectively for the IAM environment.

　　Proactively identify areas of improvements, opportunity for innovations and ways to enhance the IAM solutions and directory services environment.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　5 years experience with AD/Azure AD/Entra ID in an enterprise mission critical IT environment managing all identity and directory services needs and solutions

　　5 years experience with ADFS/Azure MFA/Single Sign on integrations

　　5 years experience integrating AD/Azure AD with other 3rd party IAM solutions like OKTA

　　Strong experience in troubleshooting and solving IAM issues and integration needs in a complex cloud environments

　　Excellent knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining standards, processes, proactively identifying and remediating issues/gaps in the IAM environment.

　　Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills

　　Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Business Analysts).

　　Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solvingenvironment.

　　Can-do attitude, proactive and resourceful.

　　Typical Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related IT or Engineering field, or equivalent experience. Typically a BS Degree and 10years'work experience or equivalent experience.The Candidate must possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance

　　7 years of experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and other IAM solutions in an enterprise environment

　　Experience supporting multi-cloud environment and IAM integrations involving Azure, Oracle, Google and AWS cloudproviders.

　　Experience in developing Infrastructure as Code automations using Terraform or Azure automation tools andservices.

　　Experience in developing PowerShell, YAML and Python scripts for automationneeds.

　　Strong knowledge and experience in Identity governance, privileged access management and industry standards and protocols utilized for IAM solutions.

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
