In this role, you will be handling financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Your responsibilities in this role
Delegate resources to Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external
Engage in various department-wide initiatives
Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)
When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests
Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP
Supply Balance Sheet account reconciliations

Requirements - Skilled with ERP systems
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
Earlier experience in public accounting is highly valued
Skill with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
Strong attention to detail
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
General familiarity with Journal Entry Preparation
Practical knowledge of Audit Workpapers
Experience with account reconciliation
Analyze Financial Statements experience desired
Well-founded grasp of journal entries
Foundational knowledge in bank reconciliations
Proven knowledge of Qualified Retirement Plans
Strong familiarity with Budget monitoring
Financial statement preparation experience preferred
3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
