Children's Speech and Reading Center (CSRC) is currently searching for afull-time or part-time, experienced speech-language pathologist (SLP) tojoin our organization and support our programs in Fort Collins and Loveland.CSRC is Northern Colorado's only non-profit children's clinic thatprovides frescreenings for speech, language, and reading and provides services tofamilies on a sliding scale basis.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:-Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology-Must be ASHA Certified and hold a Speech-Language Pathologist license throughthe Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)-Minimum of three years of professional SLP experience working with childrenand families-An understanding of the mission and goals of CSRC

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-Provide in-office speech/language screenings and determine if therapy iswarranted-Provide preschool speech/language screens, at off-site facilities,throughout the year-Identify, assess, and diagnose communication disorders (articulation,language, voice, and fluency)-Administer speech/language assessments and plan appropriate treatment-Write detailed evaluations, progress care plans and daily notes in an EHRprogram-Provide quality in-person and telehealth treatment to children with a varietyof speech and language needs-Counsel parents regarding specific communication disorders and providesuggestions to help increase carryover of skills to the home environment-Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services-Work and act as a team player in all interactions with the CSRC staffSCHEDULE:-32-40 hours/week

　　SALARY AND BENEFITS:-Salary $50-60,000, based on experience-CSRC provides up to a 3% match in an employee retirement plan-Generous paid time off, plus holidays
