About the role

This position is a seasoned professional in Talent Management who works independently to facilitate a variety of talent management activities, including recruiting, on-boarding, training, employee engagement, and strategic sourcing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce analytics resource

· Dashboard ownership, including data analytical enhancements

· Create data automation alongside data engineers to increase operational efficiency

· Support workforce planning cycle execution

· Advance data insights, synthesizing various business stakeholders inputs into analytics

Requirements

· Contribute to foundational data builds, enabling global reporting analytics

· Develop SME in analytics tools, including Microsoft Fabric / Power BI

· Maintain data infrastructure to support large workforce planning cycles

· Continued development of automation, advanced analytics capabilities, and data science

Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experiencePractical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily workUniversity Degree or equivalentA minimum of 5 years prior relevant experienceORAn advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experienceBenefits
