  Job Description:

  Conduct end to end project management of multiple high end fiber services which include: ASE & ADE. Engage and lead various cross functional teams (Planning, Equipment Engineer, Design, Construction & Construction Management Center (CMC) to ensure task deadlines & order commitments are met. Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all organizations outside of C&E. Field and reply to inquiries, status request and escalations associated with C&E. Regularly interface with: Network Sales Support (NSS –Pre/Post), Business Unit Project Managers (BUPM), Ethernet Network Operations Center (ENOC), Order Managers (OM), Global Customer Service Managers (GSM), Technical Field Specialist (TFS), National Staff Support. Establish estimated completion dates (ECD) for necessary key milestones based on standard intervals to meet overall OSP build interval. Assist in resolving roadblocks as required as well as review all Customer Not Ready’s (CNR). Communicate tasks and build intervals in jeopardy, customer ready deadlines, and project progress to all necessary parties in a suitable manner.
