  Summary:

  Inbound Correspondence Processors I use their process knowledge to review and disposition Correspondence scanned into the CS-FCRA queue.

  Responsibilities:

  Utilize the Correspondence Reference Guide as the Primary Source for IC Work Instruction

  Identify and execute required actions regarding information received on Resurgent Accounts, while adhering to all state and federal laws

  Evaluate consumer correspondence documents to determine appropriate actions, status, routing notation, and follow-up

  Maintains established levels of productivity, efficiency, quality and error rates to ensure company standards are met

  Maintains the integrity and accuracy of the reporting information through manual changes using appropriate systems

  Communicate verbally and in writing to Sr. Rep and Supervisor regarding workloads, questions, tardies, and absences

  Qualifications/Skills:

  Ability to work in a detail oriented, time sensitive environment

  Strong time management skills

  Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and achieve volume goals and performance standards

  Ability to handle confidential material in a professional, ethical manner

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels in person, by phone and by email

  Exhibit excellence in customer service and the ability to serve others

  Professional appearance and attitude

  Proficient with Microsoft Office

  Sitting and reading for long periods of time

  Educational Requirements:

  High school diploma or equivalent

  Some college or equivalent work experience desired
