　　Role Responsibilities:

　　Responsible of Digital Review Team floor management and provide real time support in an operation of 70+ analysts.

　　You will perform analysis and quality monitoring of transactional and call volume via real-time queues, support and foster a positive and high-performing culture within the team.

　　You will need to be attentive to details and capable of working and prioritizing effectively under stress or in difficult situations.

　　You will support operation on properly managing workloads, while ensuring a high-quality delivery service and support the operation on volume needs as required.

　　Role Requirements:

　　Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs.

　　We require you to be fluent in English - written and verbal skills (English level B2+ minimum).

　　Formal education bachelor's degree desired (Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering) and be Yellow belt certified or commit to getting certified.
