As the Manager of Special Projects, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and managing special projects and ongoing programs for the credit union. What You’ll Do As The Special Projects Manager (Responsibilities): Coordinate, implement, and direct various project plans; represent the President/ CEO in the implementation of long-term new projects, and in administering ongoing programs Communicate the vision and goals to internal and external stakeholders and provide continuous updates to all appropriate parties Maintain project plans, including details relating to resources required, timelines, schedules, budgets, and communication Coordinate work performed by project team members; liaise with the credit union's departments and outside vendors to facilitate the successful implementation and completion of projects Continually monitor the progress of all projects against established goals and timelines Assist the CIO in coordinating and collecting annual vendor due diligence; maintain vendor management system with up-to-date contract information and risk assessments Provide administrative support to the President/CEO across all programs and projects Pay: $62,300 - $70,000 / year, based on experience, plus generous annual bonus based on credit union performance.
