　　Special Delivery DriverThe responsibility of theSpecial Delivery Driveris to follow procedures andgood business practices that will enable routes to grow to potential.Deliversfreshproductto existing customers, sets up new accounts andmerchandises. TheSDD will work closely with customers and support all sales initiatives toachieve expectations andbe responsible forcustomer developmentwith regardtoordering, merchandising, and display opportunities.Top Reasons toApply:$19.60 per hour Base Pay1stShiftOpening (Start Time: 5 am)Excellent benefits package:Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement PlanGrowing organization & increased demand for products!What you will be doing:Provide vacation relief for Route Sales Professionals and LoadersAssisting the Sales Leadership Team in day-to-day operations and/or issuesas needed.Assists with the training of new Route Sales Professionals.Delivers fresh product to existing customers on open routes until new RSPs aretrained.Assists with rack resets.Partners with Route Sales Professionals to create alignment in account chains.Route operation activity, including ordering and distribution,merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning and meeting customerexpectations.Communicate with customers toassistthem in understanding the promotionalactivity and understand what our customer delivery expectations are.Ensure the product distribution isaccomplishedto customer satisfaction inagreement with any contract terms and requirements.Assists customer relations to include selling of new products, andspace/position gains.Providesa high levelof customer serviceand solvecustomer issues as they arise.Work location will vary depending on staffing needs.

　　What we need from you:Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.Requires high school degree or GED.Route flexibility: sales, grocery or driving experience with DSD is preferred.The work can be physically demanding with repetitive lifting/carrying of upto 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds or more.The ability tooperatea standard shift truck.Must follow all DOT regulations and be able to pass a DOT physical.Must be able to work early hours and evening loading trucks.The physical and mental demands described in each job posting arerepresentative of those that must be met by an associate to successfullyperform the essential functions of each job.
