You will developtest and evaluation strategies (TESs), test and evaluation master plans(TEMPs), system test and verification plans (STVPs), detailed testplans and reports, verification plans and reports, and deficiency reports.You will lead and support testing at the system of systems, system,segment, and element level. You will exercise your skills by researching newrequirements, technologies, and threats and using innovative testmethodologies and tools to verify remote sensing systems to meet technicalrequCome join Arcfield and solve our countries most daunting challenges withinnovation!Be the recognized expert who designs, researches and develops highlyadvanced applications, which may result in new capabilitiesSynthesize customer needs, requirements, and technical, schedule andcost constraints into solutions for integrating, testing, evaluating,and transitioning systems into operations to deliver enterprise capabilities.Plan and arrange the labor, schedules, and resources required forintegrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning systems.Establish standards, practices, and procedures for integrating,testing, evaluating and transitioning systems and enterprise capabilities,and coordinates with stakeholders.Evaluate enterprise capabilities, architectures, system design concepts,requirements, risks and opportunities, and processes for integration,test, evaluation and transition impacts.Design, develop, and implement test and evaluation strategies, plans andmethods to assure reliability of systems in conjunction with systemspecifications and defined enterprise capabilities, and integrates systemand enterprise elements together so they work as a whole.
Qualifications
Required:BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 10+Must Possess and be able to Maintain TS/SCI clearance10+ years of experience performing systems engineering, integration, andtesting for space-related Major Defense Acquisition Programs5+ years of experience supporting Government Developmental Test andEvaluation for space and ground systems5+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environmentdeveloping test strategies, plans, reports, briefings, participationin test execution, verification or analysisKnowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE15288.2Ability to define, develop, maintain, and execute large scale systemtest plans and overarching test and evaluat on strategy documents, includingTest and Evaluation Strategy (TES), Test and Evaluation master Plans(TEMP), System Integration Test Plan (SITP), EnterpriseVerification Plan (EVP), Verification Cross Reference Matrices(VCRM), and Requirements Verification Files (RVFs)Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships withgovernment clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers(FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goalsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or PhysicsDesired:Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and test onspace-based remote sensing systemsExperience with portfolio and program verification, interoperability, orcertificationExperience with planning, executing, and reporting on Lead DevelopmentalTest Organization or Operational Test Authority (OTA) Organizations andrelated activitiesExperience with planning and executing program reviews throughout the
