Summary: To interact with and greet all clients while providing a personal, instinctive and renewing welcome experience. This position will provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for our clients by assisting them with a locker, stocked with a robe and slippers and by replenishing the refreshment center and maintaining a clean locker room area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Greet all guest promptly and in a courteous manner
Issue each guest a locker for the duration of their stay. If this is a 1st time client give tour of locker room and pools
Offer slippers to all guests
Keep locker room desk neat and clean at all times
Clean and restock lockers after each guest’s departure
Clean the shower area, keep stocked with toiletries, clean towels and bathmat
Clean vanity area and bathrooms, keep stocked with toiletries and paper products
Clean indoor whirlpool, steam and sauna
Assist guest with the use of the Steam Room and Sauna
Maintain water stations
Clean and restock refreshment center throughout the day
Keep tables clean of cups and plates
Maintain a supply of magazines and newspapers
Remove dirty laundry from locker room throughout the day
Check all robe pockets, if item is found give to manager
Fold and stock towels, linens and robes
Keep an eye on laundry to inform manager when low
Report any maintenance request to manager
Clean slippers throughout the day
Inventory locker room keys every 2 weeks
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Education and Experience: High School diploma, Guest service knowledge required
Language Skills: Excellent service skills including etiquette and ability to work with the public. Knowledge of communication skills, organization skills, ability to deal with diverse clientele.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization may exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Other Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Responsibility and Authority: Employee relations: Ability to effectively communicate with all departments, regular communication with Director of Spa, all Spa Managers, and with all Spa and Salon employees. Ability to maintain a high level of service and discipline with all spa departments.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand 100% of the time. The employee maybe required to lift water bottles and bags of dirty laundry weighing about 50 lbs. The employee is required regularly to use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
