　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Miraval Austin is looking for a Spa Assistant Manager to help run our Life in Balance Spa. The Spa Assistant Manager is an integral part of the spa leadership team, and will be responsible for the shared oversight of all Spa functions and operations, including but not limited to; furthering guest and colleague relations and engagement, onboarding and training, managing payroll, scheduling, promoting safety and sanitation, and other administrative duties. This role is also responsible for colleague development and aligning operations strategies and service initiatives to meet the hotels business objectives.

　　· Minimum 2 years leadership/management experience in Spa or a related hospitality field.

　　· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

　　· Refined verbal and written communication skills.

　　· Strong business relationship skills.

　　· Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.

　　· Capable of performing repetitious duties.

　　· This position requires a considerable amount of standing and walking; and the ability to lift, push and carry moderate amounts of weight on a consistent basis.
