The Associate manager role for North America Sourcing Operations plays a critical role in our talent acquisition process, ensuring the timely and efficient recruitment of top-notch candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions in alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Pre-Qualification:
Utilize various technology platforms and online resources to source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and preferences for candidates.
Reporting and Resource Management:
Generate weekly reports detailing recruiting delivery resource movement, headcount, and modeling scenarios.
Work closely with leadership to develop and maintain a clear understanding of recruiting delivery resource needs.
Sourcing Operations Leadership:
Lead the Sourcing Operations team with a focus on digital sourcing, agency management, market intelligence, and recruiting platforms.Vendor Relationship Management:
Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Talent Neuron, Handshake, and Piazza.Agency Partner Collaboration:
Oversee all open demand with agency partners and provide monthly forecasts of spend to share with leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and online sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated skills in the following:
Strong understanding of Gartner Talent Neuron and LinkedIn Talent Insights, and best practices for Market Intelligence reporting.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Indeed's features, tools, and best practices for recruitment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
Demonstrated passion for understanding market trends and talent dynamics.
Experience with contractor management and forecasting is a plus.
