Their Sourcing Team is responsible for selecting suppliers, managing supplier relationships / performance, and meeting aggressive cost savings goals. Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Sourcing Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing $70m+ for their America' s business unit. He/She must be able to partner cross-functionally including with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Marketing teams to execute on Sourcing projects. 　　Responsibilities

　　Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Quality and Sourcing teams

　　Develop and gain approval for sourcing strategies for assigned projects

　　Lead or support sourcing initiatives

　　Use sourcing methodology to select the most qualified supplier based on quality, service, cost and innovation

　　Lead RFP's / RFQ's and supplier negotiations, including building cost models to compare bids

　　Drive negotiation by negotiating terms with suppliers and working with Legal team to create or amend supplier agreements

　　Assist in implementing new suppliers including part qualification and relationship setup

　　Management experience (5 years of experience is required)
