Job Summary
The Sourcing Leader will work with new product development teams and Sourcing teams to facilitate supply chain execution. The Sourcing Leader is responsible for sourcing components and finished goods from domestic and international suppliers. The position aims for quality, competitive pricing, and on time delivery in order to meet our customer’s demand.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
New Product Introduction (NPI) Support for assigned categories.
RFx to support category strategy, leveraging guidance on should cost/cost models provided by Category Leader
Ensures NPI compliance to preferred/OEM strategies acting as category liaison and support of RFQ/focused initiatives as needed to align category strategy.
Item parametrization, item taxonomy, TVC load and maintenance
Makes Business Award proposal to Category Leader
DF(x) Process support
Risk Buy Identification & Execution
Prototype procurement/FAI sample procurement
PIPO Execution support and NPI launch expediting.
Reconciliation of invoice disputes pertaining to NPI purchases
Identify risks and mitigation opportunities to NPI process including Leadtime, cost, service, quality, etc Other key duties to support successful launch of NPI products.
Develop of standard process and process automation as it relates to the NPI/RFx tools
Become SME to specified category and work with Category leader to define go-forward Acuity strategy
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing Process. Experience leading the strategic sourcing process with cross-functional partners.
Strong data analysis capabilities.
General understanding and knowledge of software contracting concepts, language, and strategies.

Creativity & Collaborative Growth Mindset
Preferred Skills and Experience
CPSM Certification is a plus
Familiarity with Oracle, Excel, Power Bi, and Power Apps

The range for this position is $59,700.00 to $134,100.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
