You are a natural-born leader who understands the value of building relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.Solutions Consulting - Advisor, Marketing Solutions is a key role in the pre-sales focused Solution Consulting (commonly referred to as Sales Engineers) providing pre-sales product expertise supporting TransUnion's Marketing Solutions business.

　　What You'll Bring:

　　Core technologies required:

　　Marketing technology expertise,including data,platforms,and analytics.

　　Experience with cloud platforms,data modeling tools,and audience activation platforms is a plus.

　　Previous experiences:

　　5+ years of experience in marketing technology strategy or marketing solution consulting in a senior executive client-facing role with deep domain expertise in MarTech.

　　Significant presentation experience explaining data,audiences,marketing optimization,and customer identity.

　　Core soft skills required:

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to think strategically and work independently, and a passion for customer advocacy and problem-solving.

　　Experience influencing matrix teams and driving results in fast-paced environment.

　　This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

　　This role reports to the Director, Marketing Solutions

　　Provide pre-sales product expertise to support TransUnion's Marketing Solutions business,specifically in areas such as Onboarding,Identity Graphs,Multi-partner ID resolution,Matching service for publishers,Audience Building,and Data Monetization

　　Collaborate with Sales,Product Management,and Product Marketing leadership teams to articulate unique value propositions for TransUnion Marketing Solutions

　　Lead,influence,and build credibility while building diverse and inclusive teams

　　Develop and deliver compelling presentations,data analyses,proof of concept projects,and product demonstrations

　　Be a voice of the customer during Go-To-Market and product roadmap planning discussions

　　Help identify product innovations and evolve TransUnion Marketing solutions to meet the needs of the market.

　　The salary range for this position is $108,905.00 - $184,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
