What you'll be doing:
The Solutions Consultant, Parcel Locker Solutions (PLS), role is focused on supporting Quadient’s effort to grow market share within the Parcel Locker space. This role will support the sales efforts of the assigned Quadient sales channel(s), working in collaboration with the sales teams operations and technology teams to help deliver the strongest Parcel Locker solutions and innovative workflows to end clients/prospects. The Solutions Consultant, Parcel Locker Solutions position will also play a key role in the development of features and functions for the product roadmap and support marketing activities, such as trade shows and collateral.
*This role will be hybrid remote work with going into the Irvine office where there is a UAT Lab once a week or as needed.
Be the product line expert providing technical pre-sales support to our field sales organization.
Performing both in person and virtual product demonstrations displaying our technical capabilities for both SMB and Enterprise customers.
Documenting all solution technical requirements for each prospect/customer’s environment to provide both the sales and operations teams insight into the customer’s environment.
Ensure timely and accurate communication between customer, professional services and sales channel.
Participate in account planning sessions in a team based environment to ensure the support of account activity.
Manage approximately 40 active strategic engagements concurrently.
Work with our Project Managers to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post sales operations teams.
Support trade shows and other travel requirements as assigned by management. Travel is potentially 10% of work schedule.
Weekly reporting of activity using Salesforce.com and/or Google Docs.
Support lead generation for responsible product opportunities by leveraging organizational marketing resources.
Support and lead ongoing internal education for Parcel Locker products to increase awareness and competency with the field sales organization.
Gain a deep understanding of the system API capabilities and technology infrastructure.
What you'll have:
Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University
A minimum of 5 years industry experience.
Experience working a hybrid in office / remote work environment.
Capability to perform both in person and virtual technology demonstrations.
Proven track record of successful solution sales support preferred.
Experience with complex software solutions in large enterprise environments.
Ability to understand all aspects of a client/cloud-based SW platform with a rich set of APIs.
Knowledgeable on web services, REST APIs, and mobile apps.
Knowledgeable on Jira/Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to shape user experience workflows for customer infrastructure integration
Ability to multitask.
Strong sense of urgency to move the needle on opportunities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow documented processes.
High degree of time management skills and understanding of prioritization.
Must be a motivated, team player who is results-oriented.
Ability to be an innovative self-starter and positive change agent within the organization.
Workflow design experience using Microsoft Visio or other like software
Strong interpersonal ability to work closely with team leads to support individual programs.
Highly proficient Office applications, Saleforce.com and Google Docs.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
This position has a target base salary of:
$90,000.00
and annual commission target of:
Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
