　　Schedule: Full-time, night shift, 36 hours per week; 7PM - 7:30AM, Sunday - Saturday

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide observation and surveillance of assigned patients.

　　Monitor patients by use of video monitors.

　　Communicate and/or instruct patients by use of 2-way audio device.

　　Notify clinical staff of any changes in patient condition and/or safety risk level.

　　Complete documentation of observations of patient activities, patient behaviors and other safety & comfort related issues.

　　Requirements

　　Education:

　　High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

　　Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
