　　How You'll Contribute...

　　Help ensure the delivery of high-quality software on time.

　　Proactively and effectively communicate with team members, product managers, software developers, and management regarding QA status and deliverables, highlighting risks and issues.

　　Create & maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

　　Review test plans/cases with developers and product managers to ensure consistency and adherence to functional requirement documents

　　Work on bug reporting and verifications on different Servicenow products.

　　Work on test case automation with the team and participate in code reviews.

　　Follow standard testing procedures and provide recommendations for improvement.

　　Cross-collaborate with other departments on projects or tasks.

　　To be successful in this role you have:

　　Eagerness to learn! Someone who wants to jump in and learn new skills and immediately apply them to real world business problems.

　　Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.

　　Coding experience in languages like Java.

　　Strong interest in software quality assurance.

　　Some foundational knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

　　Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.

　　Team player who exhibits effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.

　　Ability to take full ownership of assigned responsibilities, and appropriately prioritize.

　　The following is considered a plus:

　　Previous code contributions to or participation in open source projects or code samples on GitHub.

　　Involvement in a open source community.

　　Knowledge of front end testing framework such as, JavaScript, Playwright or Selenium.

　　Relevant software testing experience
