Our client, is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join their team. As a Software QA Engineer , you will be part of the department and supporting team.

What’s the Job?
Develop and maintain QA HIL test systems in collaboration with the Test Automation Lead.
Create robust test cases aligning with program requirements for full system functionality.
Organize testing efforts to meet product delivery timelines in a fast-paced market.
Focus on delivering a product centered around an exceptional customer experience.
Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Execute both manual and automated test scripts, verifying Infotainment component functionality.
Configure benches for specific test scenarios, including testing on stationary and moving vehicles.
Characterize and document defects, collaborate with various engineering disciplines for resolution.
Update and develop test cases as required, ensuring thorough documentation.
What’s Needed?
B.S. in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering.
0-5 years of experience, ideally in embedded software or HMI validation.
Familiarity with vehicle communications protocols, such as CAN/J1939/UDS.
Experience with real-time test systems (e.g., dSPACE, Vector, NI, ETAS).
Proficient in troubleshooting test and electrical systems using scopes and multimeters.
Object-oriented programming language experience, Python preferred.
Familiarity with software version control (Git), Jenkins, JIRA, TestRail.
Testing experience on automotive infotainment or embedded systems.
Mobile application testing, Bluetooth Classic connectivity testing.
Experience with wire harness design and building.
Knowledge of tools like Eggplant, Vector CANoe, ASAM XIL, MATLAB/Simulink, FMI.
