Job Overview and Opportunities
We are seeking a talented, experienced Software Engineering Lead (aka SWEL, Software Manager, Software Cost Account Manager (CAM)) to help us create our advanced solutions in the area of precision guided munitions and missiles. You will lead the development team as they incorporate algorithms utilizing a multi-processor architecture that also incorporates GPUs. Our software implementations transform both radar and infrared gathered signals to enable weapons to precisely find their target and keep our warfighters safe as they execute their missions.
You will provide technical leadership, project management, and guidance of the software engineering development activities. This position is customer facing and will include Software Project Management reporting, documentation, and updates to both Program Management and the Software Organization.

Job Environment
In this role, you will be collaborating with the Systems, Hardware, Algorithms, and Test engineering leads to realize our solutions. Your development team will be performing analysis, design, implementation, and integration of typically C based embedded software in a Linux development environment utilizing a DevSecOps Software Factory approach.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, and minimum of 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
Secret Security Clearance (active in the past two years)
Experience managing cost and schedule of software projects utilizing earned value techniques
Experience with modern design, development practices, and implementation in C
Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Working knowledge of real-time embedded programming
Full Life-Cycle Software development in an Agile approach
Software automated test development and execution in a DevSecOps based Software Factory
Designing and/or implementing software algorithms
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
