　　Paychex is hiring for a Solutions Lead for our Paychex Flex HCM application! This is an exciting opportunity to work on a business essential application that provides customers the ability to hire and maintain their workers, where they want and when they want. Which includes a mobile application with millions of downloads and a 4.8 star rating! Qualified candidates will have strong communication and cross functional teamwork experience and fluency working in Angular and/or AngularJS and Java. Individual will join an exciting, fast paced work environment, where we leverage agile practices to manage our work.

　　Compensation

　　In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually plus RSU's. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
