Robert Half, Inc. seeks Software Engineer III in San Ramon, CA:
Job Duties: Develop large and complex modules and components of larger system designs for complex systems. Develop software components within end-to-end systems including databases, middleware, and front end. Perform code review for modules and components. Perform completion of SDLC documentation and procedures for all phases of the software development lifecycle. Perform system design for complex software modules. Perform unit test planning and execution, and review test results to isolate software errors. Define integration test strategy and implementation plans. Analyze and resolve highly complex production issues, including defining approaches and guidelines. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
Experience with object-oriented Java programming language, Spring Boot development framework, and Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit testing frameworks (2 years). Experience with Rest API, Postman, and advanced REST client (2 years). Experience with Git, GitHub, or Perforce version Control Systems and IntelliJ integrated development environment (IDE) (2 years). Experience with New Relic, Splunk, and JIRA (2 years). Dropwizard development framework, CircleCi CI/CD tool, and Cloud Services such as AWS, ECS, EC2, SQS, or CloudWatch. Analyze build failures.

Base Salary: $147,368-181,272 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
