　　Video Cloud Infra team, facing business experience and cost, builds a competitive video transmission network and multimedia processing platform, builds data foundation and analysis capabilities, drives product refined operation, reduces costs and increases efficiency.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Responsible for continuously constructing multimedia streaming laboratories and establishing audio and video evaluation standards.

　　- Responsible for introducing advanced audio and video evaluation methods or developing audio and video quality evaluation algorithms.

　　- Responsible for working closely with developers to improve audio and video experience in different business scenarios.

　　- Responsible for pre-research, evaluation, selection for audio and video testing equipment.

　　- Responsible for establishing a whole audio and video evaluation process for different business scenarios.

　　Qualifications

　　Requirements

　　- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or relevant field, 5+ years of audio/video testing experience.

　　- Experience working with automation testing, and having a good understanding of quality systems, testing process, testing risks, and testing scope;

　　- Experience with audio/video testing methods, codec algorithms, evaluation standards, such as PESQ, POLQA, PSNR, SSIM, VMAF.

　　- Familiar with the following is preferred: delay, stutter, CPU, memory, stability, continuity, network traffic ,audio/video quality .

　　- Familiarity with network transmission or audio/video analysis tools is preferred.

　　- Strong ability to communicate, work well under pressure and strong project management.
