　　The Challenge:

　　Tessent is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and energetic engineer with a background in digital circuit design and verification to strengthen our software and hardware research and development team. You will be working in an international team with fellow development engineers, as well as quality assurance, customer support, documentation, and product marketing engineers. Together we continuously strive to develop innovative products using the latest tools and technologies across different areas including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will have the opportunity to responsibly lead projects that add significant new functionality and value to the products, and further improve your personal and professional skills and knowledge.

　　The candidate will have an immediate responsibility in developing DFT software for complex multi-million gate designs. Tasks will include specification, design, development, testing, and support of new software systems for high-performance, high-capacity DFT products. Challenges include ability to develop high performance solutions, implement robust and efficient new functionality, continuous effort to improve the quality and maintainability of the software, commitment to deliver high quality production software. Candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter who will relentlessly pursue product excellence. The ability to work independently yet effectively in a team setting is essential.

　　Required skills and knowledge

　　· Very good understanding of semiconductor design

　　· Good programming expertise in at least one scripting language

　　· C++ programming experience

　　· Demonstrated strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

　　· Good oral and written communication skills in English
