Develop Genesys Rules, Composer, Voice Routing. Work with routing development in contact center solutions. Develop routing workflows using Composer. Design, develop, and debug routing solutions implemented.Troubleshoot routing issues in production on call. Lead the Scrum Team in delivering GVP IVR, Routing and WWE development to complete the assigned tasks through agile model. Participate in Requirement gathering and analysis. Provide estimations for the client requirements based on the impact analysis. Develop and Test the Voice routing for Inbound and outbound applications. Analyze, configure and create outbound Dialer applications. Analyze Routing applications and log files to determine Root cause of issues identified. Troubleshoot Genesys logs.
