　　Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field

　　2+ years of experience in RapidResponse software development

　　2+ years of application support

　　Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

　　Experience with Agile process
