Software Development Engineer (Cambridge, MA)

Work as a Software Engineer in the Hospital Patient Monitoring Team, and you will be working in an Agile environment responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for our new Real-time Patient Monitoring platform using technologies including .NET Framework, C#, React, GraphQL, Postgres, Kafka, and Kubernetes. Your role:

Develop software in a highly motivated software development team focused on the creation of our next generation patient monitoring systems.

Translate user requirements into innovative solutions using the latest technology.

Write clear specifications, create detailed technical designs, and implement creative software solutions.

Review code and provide technical feedback and direction.

Design and develop software components considering elasticity, scalability, reliability, interoperability, security, serviceability networking needs.

Deliver software modules and components meeting the requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Show exceptional teamwork to meet commitments to our customers.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related technology with 3 or more years working experience in software design and development.

Ability to architect, design, code, and test complex solutions and possess solid understanding of object-oriented software development concepts and methodologies.

Strong C# and Microsoft .NET development expertise.

Familiar with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub. DevOps Experience is required.

Experience with cloud services: AWS.
