Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Day shift is from 6 am to 6:30 pm.
Shifts rotate on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacture of Commercial and Clinical Biologics. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing cleaning tasks in our state-of-the-art manufacturing suites.
Assisting with the delivery of raw materials and consumables to the manufacturing suites.
Ensuring the smooth movement of lines, kits, and assemblies to meet processing needs and prevent delays.
Confirming formulations are available before they are needed and facilitating their movement to manufacturing suites.
Supporting ancillary tasks on the manufacturing floor, such as fit and finish, material stock/supply, and equipment staging.
Participating in shift exchanges, 1-1s, and meetings to contribute to lean activities and meet area needs.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Education: A high school degree is required, with an Associates in a relevant scientific discipline being a bonus.
Experience: No prior experience is necessary, but 1-3 years in a manufacturing and/or GMP environment would be beneficial, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP practices is seen as a plus.
Skills: Mastery of MS Office, with SAP experience being an extra bonus. Time management, prioritization, detail orientation, and results-driven focus are essential.
Abilities: You must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Your ability to understand and carry out instructions, stay organized, be reliable, and actively communicate (both written and verbal) is crucial. You should also be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, recognizing problems developing, and working both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements: For this role, you must be willing to wear a full gowning suit, including a body suit, gloves, hair and beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses. Gowning materials include Tyvek, Nitrile, and/or Latex gloves. Prohibited items include makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne, and perfume. You must also be able to wear a respirator, lift a minimum of 25 lbs independently, and stand for 80% of your shift.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
