Job Duties: Delivery and installation of sod grass rolls. This requires thelaborer to lift, carry, place, roll out and cut 2'x5' rolls of sodrepetitively. Laborer also prepares soil for installation using tools such asrototillers, wheelbarrows, shovels, and rakes, repetitive movements,extensive pushing and pulling, extensive walking, frequent stooping andbending. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required upto 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer providedtransportation to and from the jobsites from a centralized pickup location inthe specified area of employment.
No experience required. On the job training. No education required.$21.32 - $23.50/hr. based on experience and performance. $31.98 -$35.25/hr. O.T. Dailysubsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to amaximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.H2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the firstworkweek.The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the job duties.The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least of theworkdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
