Position Summary: Our Social Worker provides supervision to foster and adoptive homes assigned to caseload; provides homes with support and assures that the homes adhere to agency policies and state and federal laws. They will supervise the placement & ongoing support of youth placed in foster homes. They will provide regular, ongoing communication with families, source & recruit new foster parents, re-license existing families, conduct foster care training, and maintain appropriate documentation & files to support the services that are provided to families in Minnesota.
