Generous Sign-On Bonus: Earn a $15,000 sign-on bonus for social workers (25% paid after 90 days, the remainder after one year). Note: Remote or hybrid roles do not qualify.

Competitive Salary: Starting at $53,000 annually, with the potential for more based on experience, licensure, and education.

What You’ll Do:

Provide compassionate therapeutic services to residential patients, including both group and individual counseling using an approved curriculum.

Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop clinical trainings and ensure regulatory compliance with governing bodies like DBHS, RBHA, OBHL, and CFR.

Offer ongoing support and consultation to clinical teams, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

If independently licensed, provide clinical supervision to licensed staff.

What You Bring:

Education Experience: Master’s Degree in behavioral health-related field with at least 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse treatment.

Professional License: Licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor).
