Health Advocates Network is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (2 Years Exp Req) ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in Madison, WI.

　　Pay Rate: $45.00/hour

　　Shift: Days (5x8hr)

　　Start Date: ASAP

　　Contract Length: 13 weeks

　　Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualification and Requirements:

　　Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the council on Social Work Education

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

　　Knowledge of community and hospital-based resources.

　　Excellent listening and communication skills

　　Licensed in the state of Wisconsin with one of the following:

　　Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) OR

　　Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW) OR

　　Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

　　Additional certifications may be required.
