　　Job Description

　　AECOM tiene vacabte disponible para Social Projects Specialist basada en Lima, Peru.

　　Funciones

　　Gestión de recursos, coordinación y seguimiento de los trabajos de los trabajos asignados de la especialidad social y de relacionamiento con stakeholders

　　Aseguramiento de cumplimiento de RFP/Normas aplicables en coordinación con los líderes correspondientes

　　Representación en terreno ante el cliente y los stakeholders de las actividades definidas en el RFP

　　Generación de espacios de información y diálogo con los stakeholders de la zona de trabajo asignada

　　Coordinación con las disciplinas de ingeniería por requerimientos de información o revisión de documentos para generar las herramientas y piezas de comunicación para el proyecto

　　Reporte de los avances y requerimientos de los entregables al Gerente de Proyecto

　　Registro y reporte de requerimientos de cambio productos de coordinaciones con el cliente hacia gerencia del proyecto.

　　Levar a cabo las decisiones tomadas por la gerencia de proyecto y otras áreas de liderazgo, y asegurar la coordinación entre las partes involucradas.

　　Qualifications

　　Requisitos mínimos:

　　6 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación

　　Título y colegiatura vigente en Ingeniería Ambiental, Industrial, Sociología, Antropología, Derecho o rama afín

　　Experiencia:

　　Mínimo 6 años de experiencia profesional desarrollando proyectos sociales. Mínimo 4 años realizando proyectos sociales para el sector minero. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia desplazado en terreno, gestionando relaciones con comunidades del entorno.

　　supervisión y/o monitoreo de Estudios Ambientales, EVAP, Términos de Referencia e instrumentos de gestión ambiental complementarios al SEIA, así como sus modificaciones y/o actualizaciones con una duración de veinticuatro (24) créditos

　　Preferencias:

　　Estudios de especialización, en materias vinculadas a Gestión Ambiental, Gestión Social, Relaciones Comunitarias o afines.

　　Experiencia previa en empresas mineras y/o empresas consultoras de ingeniería internacionales

　　Conocimiento del mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos

　　Idioma inglés a nivel intermedio

　　Disponibilidad para realizar trabajo en terreno en régimen de rotación. Traslados, alojamiento y alimentación, a cargo de la empresa.

　　Proactividad para la solución de problemas, empatía y alta capacidad de comunicación
