A Place to Be Proud.ResponsibilitiesDrive the mobile care unit from designated parking location to site (homeless shelter, school, community site) and return mobile care unit back to designated parking spot at end of dayAssist mobile care unit team with office duties while onsiteMaintains mobile care unit including but not limited to stocking and inventory, equipment, quality control, cleanliness, and maintenance. Contacts leadership when equipment needs repair.Schedules patient information, assigns medical record number, labels, forms, consent to treat, patient visit information, makes new medical record charts, and determines patient status.Registers patients, enters current demographics, social security number, guarantor, financial class, medical insurance information, and emergency contact information. Obtains accurate insurance and physician information on at least 95% of registrations.QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDEducation/Certifications:High school DiplomaUp to one-year previous patient care experience.Must possess Valid Ohio Driver's License Drivers Insurance coverage consistent with hospital requirement and good driving record.Must possess a valid Ohio Commercial Driver License (CDL), class B, with air brake endorsement within 90 days of hire.Must possess a valid medical certificate that is updated every two years at a minimum.Skills & AbilitiesComputer familiarity and literacy with general data entry. Will train for specific computer programs.Effective use and understanding of verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Registration/Scheduling experience preferred.Must be able to work as part of a team w
