　　Actively participate in TAR/Outages/Start-ups积极参与工厂大修，停厂及起厂

　　Provide contribution to productivity improvement and get involvement in Sigma and Stable ops efforts at the site协助提高生产效率并参与到Sigma及稳健操作活动中

　　Responsible for new operators training and participate in oral board reviews for level 2 and below训练新进操作人员并参加L2层级及以下的操作员口试复审

　　Provide help in startup and commissioning of new sites in the region as well as training the newly hired workforce if needed如果有需要，帮助新厂起厂及调试并培训新进厂的员工

　　Gain / demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the listed systems by completing a checklist通过完成检查表来获取系统中所列出来的更深的知识

　　Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the ASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer loading, routine equipment inspection etc, ensure the plant run safely and efficiently与其它操作员及工程师密切配合进行日常工艺过程的调整，管道输送系统的检查，产品质量的控制，槽车的充装以及例行设备巡查等以确保工厂安全及有效的运行

　　Record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job记录日常生产工艺参数数据及报告，执行日常/月度的例行工作

　　Assist PMO engineers to implement preventive maintenance协助维修工程师执行预防性维修工作

　　Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits and write safety reports参加相关的安全会议及执行例行的安全审核及填写相应的安全报告

　　Keep good communication and close cooperation with logistics, customers, local operation team, OSC, PMO, GSS team, commercial team etc保持与运输部，客户，运作部,OSC,PMO,OTS，商务部门等的良好沟通及密切合作

　　Learn and implement relevant procedures and policies of AP and local government学习并贯彻空气化工产品公司及当地政府部门所颁布的相关程序及政策

　　Follow up AP and local government safety procedures and standards遵守空气化工产品公司及当地政府部门所颁布的安全程序及标准
