You will play an active role in providing high-quality support to our members that allows them to use Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Coordinated Demand Response (CDR) and Meter Data Management (MDM) products effectively and efficiently to complete daily operations. This role will provide outstanding customer service over the phone or in person, including professional services and education to members to include but not limited to consulting, software readiness, and software functionality. In this role you will partner with the members to gain an understanding of workflow, business requirements and needs to ensure the product works to the member’s satisfaction.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidate must have an Associate's degreeor equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in energy or related field and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Familiarity with Eaton and UtiliSmart programs a plus.
