  What is the Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Program?

  As a participant in the prestigious Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Program (SLP), you’ll gain real-world experience to help you become an innovative and results-driven leader. The 2-year program offers high-potential, early-career employees a variety of challenging rotational assignments and experiences that give you direct exposure to and interaction with colleagues and leaders across our iconic brands and businesses.

  What to expect:

  Initially, a 12-month placement in the commercial organisation, with the opportunity to get involved as Trade Marketing Manager with the following responsibilities :

  This dedicated Trade Marketing Manager position will focus on our strategic distributor customers. Its aim will be to meet all the specific needs of our key distributors. (Specific campaigns, exclusive operations, different products, differentiated pricing...).

  The aim is to support our targeted distributors in the deployment of their differentiating strategy, in order to maintain high growth among these distributors. He/she must know these key account customers perfectly, and work closely with the Key Account Managers in charge of these distributors.

  Main tasks :

  Creation of operations dedicated to target distributors

  Development of dedicated ranges

  Distributor meetings and KAM support

  This rotation will be followed by two 6-month rotations in our central departments, including but not limited to Product / Brand / eCommerce / Revenue Growth Management / Finance and much more.

  You’ll need to be/have:

  · Maximum 1-2 years' work experience.

  · Graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics or a similar field within the last 24 months.

  · A commercial mindset , with a passion for continuous learning.

  · Leadership potential , with an eagerness to innovate and drive results.

  · Effective communication skills to clearly and efficiently liaise with colleagues across all levels of the business.

  · An individual contributor and a team player , being able to solve problems independently and collaborate to achieve wider organizational objectives.

  · Language Requirements: Fluent in written and spoken English.

  · Be available for a January 2024 start date .
