About Site Support Representative (North)

  Description:

  This Site Support Representative role will be supporting a variety of customers within Sarver and Freeport, PA. This individual will be representing the client as a liaison on-site to support the below functions.

  Site Support person to provide exceptional service to our customers at the customer’s appointed place of business. Working with the customer to cover all their customer service needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

  Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.

  Be the first point of customer contact for general inquiries about orders, scheduling, delivery of product, etc.

  Accurately enter quotes and orders using ERP system (Prophet 21).

  Expedite all open quotes and orders with urgency and accuracy.

  Check on inventory specific to the customer, ensuring that all Min/Max levels and safety stock are adequate.

  Must Haves:

  Customer facing experience

  Data/Order entry experience

  Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel

  Must be able to stand and/or walk up to 8hrs daily, this job will not be sitting behind a desk for the entirety of the shift

  Nice to Haves:

  ERP systems experience (Stellar uses Prophet 21)

  Product/Industry knowledge (power tools, etc.)

  Inventory management

  Education:

  High School Diploma or equivalentDisqualifier:

  Someone who is from a tech or IT background Experience Level:

  Intermediate Level
